On 10 August 2022, the Managing Director of OMOX Development Company, Oleksii Volodymyrovych Kulagin, was awarded the Order of Building the Country for his high professionalism and maintaining stability at a critical moment of defence of the Kyiv Region and for his great contribution to the development of the construction industry.


On 08 December 2021, OMOX Development Company won the nomination for Contribution to the Development of Socially Responsible Development at the annual IBUILD 2021 Main Construction Award of Ukraine!

On 03 August 2021, on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine and on the eve of the professional holiday – Builder’s Day, at a solemn meeting of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine, the Managing Director of OMOX Development Company, Oleksii Volodymyrovych Kulagin, received the Award for High Achievements in Construction.

On 07 December 2019, at the solemn 19th award ceremony Choice of the Year - 2019, the residential complex /Chaika\, built by the OMOX Development Company headed by the Managing Director Oleksii Volodymyrovych Kulagin, won in the nomination of Residential Complex of the Year with the City in a City Concept

On 11 December 2018, /Chaika\ Residential Complex took 1st place in the nomination of the Best Residential Complex in Kyiv Region and 3rd place in the nomination of the Best Infrastructure in Kyiv Region according to the results of the first people’s real estate award REALT GOLDEN KEY

On November 16, at the solemn ceremony of the 6th All-Ukrainian Construction Award iBuild, the residential complex /Chaika\ won the Measuring Success nomination – the Best Residential Area 2018 in Ukraine!

On 23 September 2018, for high labour achievements, impeccable business reputation, professional contribution to the development of the enterprise, Oleksii Volodymyrovych Kulagin was awarded the Order "Professional of the Year" (No. 352) from the National Business Rating in Ukraine

On 23 August 2018, at the annual Leader of the Year – 2017 award, OMOX Development Company, the developer of the /Chaika\ residential complex, received a GOLD rating among Ukrainian business companies in the Financial Indicators of Successful Performance nomination.

On 23 May 2018, the professional team of analysts of the well-known Ukrainian agency Euro-Rating recognized the /Chaika\ residential complex as the leader of the “comfort” rating among residential areas in Kyiv Region - 2018.

In 2017, the /Chaika\ residential complex became the winner of the V All-Ukrainian Construction Award IBuild in the nomination of the Best Residential Complex of the Year - 2017.

Kulagin Alexey as a civil engineer, was awarded the Diploma of the winner of the competition for the state prize of Ukraine in the field of architecture 2014. for the architecture of the residential complex "Chaika-1" in the village of Chaiki, Kievo-Svyatoshinsky district, Kyiv region (Multi-storey residential building with social and cultural facilities in the village of Chaiki, Kievo-Svyatoshinsky district, Kyiv region) (Resolution of Committee No. 2 for the State Prize of Ukraine in the field of architecture)

In 2014, the development company "OMOKS", the developer of the residential complex /Chaika\, received an award - the National Certificate "Leader of the Construction Industry 2014".

In 2013, at the Person of the Year 2012 competition, the residential complex /Chaika\ became the winner in the nomination National Trademark of the Year 2012.

In March 2013, at the 5th All-Ukrainian Independent Competition "ZHYTLO-2013", the /Chaika\ residential complex won the national recognition in the field of construction as the Best Residential Complex in Kyiv Region - 2013.

On 19 February 2013, at the IBuild Ukraine 2012 award ceremony, Oleksii Volodymyrovych Kulagin, Managing Director of OMOX Development Company, received the Entrepreneur of the Year award.

On 17 November 2012, at the Choice of the Year 2012 ceremony, the /Chaika\ residential complex received the Residential Complex of the Year award.

On 20 December 2011, the residential complex /Chaika\ won the first All-Ukrainian construction IBuild Ukraine award in the nomination of the Best Residential Complex of the Year - 2011.

On March 24, 2012, at the annual awards ceremony “Person of the Year - 2011”, Aleksey Kulagin, managing owner of the development company “OMOKS”, received the award “Entrepreneur of the Year”.

On August 4, 2008, the residential complex /Chaika\ was recognized as the best integrated development of Ukraine in 2007 in the nomination "Residential buildings and complexes" and was awarded a first-degree diploma from the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction of Ukraine (Order of the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction of Ukraine No. 354).
