The OMOX Development Company creates favourable conditions for the life and development of the local community and is working to build a modern infrastructure to ensure reliable energy supply to Chaiky Village.

The construction project of the National Police of Ukraine is an investment project of the OMOX Development Company in critical infrastructure to improve security and law enforcement in Kyiv Region.

From 2007 to 2010, OMOX Development Company implemented a large-scale infrastructure project to build a 17 km long main stormwater collector

The Boiler House project with a 27 gigacalorie gas control unit is the first critical infrastructure investment project in Ukraine since its independence, capable of providing heat to a settlement of 30,000 residents, worth UAH 83,000,000.

In 2005, OMOX Development Company focused its efforts on ensuring the implementation of development projects in the southwest of Kyiv.

The parking lot was designed in the second stage of construction of the /Chaika\ residential complex and put into operation in October 2010.
