About the Construction Company of the OMOX Developer

The OMOX Development Company builds not just housing, but entire cities for the comfortable life of their residents. The company’s favourite “brainchild” is the /Chaika\ residential complex. This is the first newly built city in independent Ukraine with a full range of engineering and social infrastructure.

OMOX was founded by Oleksii and Oksana Kulagin in 1995.

Managing director Oleksii is a deputy, member of the Board of Directors of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine, PhD in Engineering.

Oleksii has been successfully engaged in the construction and mining industry for 48 years. He headed a team to eliminate the consequences of the Chornobyl accident, led a team of builders to restore the city of Leninakan after the tragic earthquake in Armenia, and rebuilt the housing stock of Kirovakan.
