The unique traditions of the residential area also include the annual Valerii Lobanovskyi Mundial All-Ukrainian Children’s and Youth Futsal Tournament. The championship was first held in 2012.

The CHAYKA-CUP All-Ukrainian Tennis Tournament has been held annually in May since 2015. Participants of the tournament are boys and girls of the age group up to 10 years old.

Chaika has twice hosted the Chaika Got Talents talent contest, which was founded in 2015.

The developer did not forget about the older residents of the complex, therefore from the first birthday of the complex, back in 2006, he introduced one of the most important and unique traditions - tree planting. All residents and new settlers join this wonderful tradition and plant their own personalized trees.
