The parking lot was designed in the second stage of construction of the /Chaika\ residential complex and put into operation in October 2010.
Multi-level covered parking with an area of 11,545.8 m2.
The parking lot includes a two-level underground parking lot with a 7,228.2 m2 car service station and auto fitness facilities and a covered single-level surface parking lot with an area of 4,317.6 m2.
