Social Infrastructure Project
With the launch of the large-scale construction project of the Chaika residential complex, OMOX Development Company invests in social projects aimed at improving the quality of life of its residents and the surrounding areas, including the following:
- Construction of a kindergarten: In 2008, a kindergarten with a total area of 1,760 square meters was built. This kindergarten provides comfortable conditions for the upbringing and development of preschool children, promoting social integration and school readiness.
- Construction of a school of the 1st-3rd degrees: in 2008, a modern school with a total area of 2,995 square meters was built that meets all the requirements of educational standards. The school provides education for students from the first to the twelfth grade, giving children the opportunity to receive a complete secondary education.
- Construction of a kindergarten: In 2013, another preschool education institution with a total area of 1,115 square meters was built and equipped with all the necessary facilities, which was transferred to the balance sheet of Petropavlivska-Borshchahivka Village Council. This facility meets all modern requirements and standards, providing a decent level of preschool education and upbringing.
- Construction of a school of the 1st degree: in 2015, a 1,500-square-meter secondary school was built and equipped for children from the first to the fourth grade. Upon completion of the construction, the school was transferred to the balance sheet of Petropavlivska-Borshchahivka Village Council.
The total value of the company's investments in these projects exceeds UAH 125,000,000 and they are part of OMOX’d strategy to develop social infrastructure and create favourable conditions for the life of the Kyiv Region’d community.
