On December 11, the Ukrainian Special Building Awards IBUILD 2025 — the main industry event of the year organized by the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine — took place.
Following the results of the awards, the developer company "OMOKS" was honored in the category “Socially Responsible Business.”
Under the initiative of Oleksii Kulahin, the managing owner of the company, OMOKS consistently invests in the development of the Kyiv region by implementing large-scale social and critical infrastructure projects. These include kindergartens and schools, modern units of the National Police and the Patrol Police, as well as a 27 Gcal boiler house capable of providing heat to more than 30,000 residents.
The engineering infrastructure developed by OMOKS is one of the most advanced in Ukraine and has been built entirely through private investment.
A separate strategic project is the initiation of the construction, on the company’s own land, of the 330 kV “Zakhidna” substation, which will significantly enhance the energy stability of the southwestern sector of the capital.
The received award confirms that SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY of private business can serve as an effective tool for community development, strengthening regional resilience, and advancing the progress of Ukraine.
