Project Description:
Construction of the second phase of the Chaika residential complex began in 2012.

The project includes 10 residential buildings, a kindergarten and a secondary school of the first degree, 9 playgrounds, an aesthetic education centre for children, shopping arcades, a basketball court, and security posts with open parking lots.

The total area of the property is 153,840 m2.
