The Chaika Project

The first stage of construction began in 2005 with the creation of a full range of engineering infrastructure capable of accommodating a 300,000 population increase in the southwestern suburbs of Kyiv.

A total of 70 km of engineering networks were laid: a water supply system and water treatment plant with a capacity of 36,000 m3 per day; a gravity-flow household sewage collector with a diameter of 1,200 mm; 12 transformer substations and 110 kW cable lines, etc. The phase includes 18 houses, infrastructure facilities, a boiler house, covered parking, open parking lots, a kindergarten and a school of 1-3 grades, 11 playgrounds, a tennis court and a football field. The total area of the property amounted to 276,960 square meters.

In 2013, the Chaika-1 project was successfully completed.

Today, the /Chaika\ residential complex is a stylish, modern town, the largest condominium in Europe.
