Project Description:
Suntown is a residential complex of a new format, the fifth stage of construction of a large-scale project - Chaika residential complex.

Construction of the fifth phase began in 2013. The project envisages the construction of 11 buildings with a total area of 169,200 m2, a secondary school of the 1-3rd grades and a kindergarten, playgrounds and open parking lots, and a department of the National and Flight Police of Ukraine.

So far, three houses and infrastructure facilities have been completed and handed over to the National Police of Ukraine, and the construction of housing is ongoing.
