BilGrad Project

This is an ambitious plan to build a multi-storey residential development of 1,000,000 square meters of real estate with social infrastructure facilities.

The construction area is 114 hectares.

The project envisages the construction of a residential complex, schools, kindergartens and medical facilities, shopping centres, sports facilities, parks and recreation areas.

A full range of engineering infrastructure has been created to start the project.
