Ukrainian Venice Project

The project is being implemented since 2020 on a 15-hectare plot of land in Irpin, Kyiv Region, and is an ambitious plan to create an exclusive low-rise condominium with a total area of 375,000 sq.m. in the Venetian style.

The project envisages the formation of a cascading system of lakes and canals, which will organize a unique atmosphere of a water town. In particular, a small golf club will be built as part of the project, which will become a place of recreation and entertainment for future residents.

However, the city of Irpin was one of the first to be hit by the Russian army after the full-scale military invasion of Ukraine. Due to the massive shelling and destruction, the project was temporarily suspended until the end of martial law.
